Itinerary
Day 1, Khiva – Darvaza
- We will meet you at the border (Shabat).
- Head directly towards Darvaza Crater after the lunch.
- 20:00 Reach Darvaza Gas Crater and have first walk there.
- 21:00 Have dinner. it is usually a kebap prepared at the place.
- 22:00 Spend more time at the Burning Crater before going to bed.
- Overnight in tents.
Day 2, Darvaza – Ashgabat
- 06:00 Have breakfast.
- 07:00 Depart towards Ashgabat.
- On the way we will stop at two more craters: Water Crater and Mud Crater, and we will also stop at a local village Yerbent or Bokurdak to take photos of local life.
- 12:00 Reach Ashgabat and have lunch at a restaurant.
- 13:30 Start City Tour of Ashgabat.
- Later we will check in a hotel and have dinner afterwards.
- Overnight in Ashgabat.
Day 3, Ashgabat – Merv – Ashgabat
- 06:00 Check-out from the hotel and head to the Merv ruins.
- 11:00 Have a lunch somewhere close to the ruins and start the sightseeing tour.
- 14:30 Depart towards Ashgabat.
- 19:30 Reach Ashgabat and have a dinner at a restaurant.
- 21:00 Check-in a hotel.
- Overnight in Ashgabat.
Day 4, Ashgabat – Turkmenbashi
- 07:00 Drive towards Turkmenbashi.
- On the way we will visit Akhalteke horse farm, Kow ata and Nokhur mountain village.
- Have a lunch at the Nokhur village.
- 19:00 Reach Turkmenbashi city.
- After the sightseeing of the Awaza Resort, (largest tourist resort on the Entire Caspian Sea), check-in a hotel.
- Dinner at a restaurant with seafood from the Caspian Sea.
- Overnight in Turkmenbashi.
Day 5, Turkmenbashi – Ashgabat
- 08:00 Check-out from the hotel and head to Ashgabat.
- 13:00 Reach Ashgabat and have lunch at a restaurant.
- 14:30 Start sightseeing tour of Ashgabat and the vicinity.
- 19:00 Check-in a hotel and have a dinner at a restaurant.
- Have a night tour of the illuminated Ashgabat.
- Overnight in Ashgabat.
Day 6, Ashgabat – Dashoguz (flight), – Khiva
- Early in the morning check-out from the hotel and drive to airport.
- Fly to the Dashoguz city (near Uzbekistan, Khiva).
- Drive to the medieval city of Kunya Urgench.
- Have a lunch at Kunya Urgench.
- Proceed to the border with Uzbekistan (Shabat), which is close to the Khiva city .
- End of the Tour!!
